The world-wide impact of China

By jjbaezad

dsc08732.jpgThe growth of its economy in the last years, strongly supported by the productive sector, has produced a great increase of prices of raw materials in the rest of the productive economies in the world. In fact, the increase of its demand, very far from the own  available supply, produced an increase in the cost of elaborated products of the rest of the countries, and its impact affected to the sale prices of those products and therefore, to the consumers also.

At the moment, China is making finished products and exporting them to the rest of the world, supported in the competitive advantage of low costs, but those benefits haven’t arrived yet to the consumers of the rest of the countries, because a great part of its production belongs to manufacturers of European  and American capitals, which its sale prices have not been modified.

When the  industrial productive sector of the Chinese capitals obtains the necessary technology , the export of finished products will be sold in a smaller price than the present ones, and then, the impact will affect to the manufacturers of the rest of the countries around the world, despite them having productive facilities in China.
